[Stellar Amenities](https://www.stellaramenities.space.) is a space architecture studio working on interior design solutions for space habitation.
Our mission is to improve humankind's health, comfort, and performance beyond Earth. We have an ambitious agenda that will benefit humans on Earth and off-world as we grow our capabilities and scale. We are looking for a star social media manager that will position our brand as an expert in space architecture design. Expectations and responsibilities for the role of Mission & Communications Manager are for our existing platforms on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (@stellaramenities).
Our goal is to establish visible visual presence on social media that attracts potential applicants, clients, investors, and architects curious and passionate about space architectural developments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage the strategy of social media accounts and posts content.
Brainstorm campaign ideas.
Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Provide status reports.
Work with our brand assets to generate context and content that conveys brand values and awareness using our assets and messaging.
Manage to grow at least 6% per month on social media accounts, which could include but is not limited to:
getting featured on “extensive following” architectural/aerospace profiles
social media collaborations
Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) that organically grows followers.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Flexible hours, 3 hours per week, with potential increased hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in social media growth and marketing. Preferable if there is prior experience with an architectural studio or aerospace company and can show a portfolio.
Proficient in social media management software (i.e., HootSuite, SproutSocial, Zoho, Facebook Business, Bluffer, or any other of one’s choice).
Understanding of an appreciation for what good design is and deeply cares about their work. Preferable graphic design experience, or ability to design eye catching designs in Canva.
Self-starter. You will be your own boss, with minimal guidance from our Operations Manager and CEO.
Have unique ideas on content creation.
Follows the social media trends and understands algorithms.
Proficient in English.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
In the 3rd or 4th year of a college program or beyond
Prior industry experience is preferred (architecture and/or aerospace)
